Lakeland Community Hospital was recognized as one of 6 Alabama hospitals with the cleanest rooms as reported by our patients. Data was pulled from the CMS Hospital Care website for patients treated April 2014 through March 2015.

We are pleased to announce that Lakeland Community Hospital received certification and we are now a Level lll Alabama Stroke Center! We have a phenomenal Emergency Department, physicians and staff. This certification will ensure the most up-to-date treatments and services for stroke victims in our county and surrounding areas.

At The Health Care Authority of Haleyville and Winston County board meeting on February 9, on behalf of all Lakeland Community Hospital employees a resolution was presented thanking everyone for their contributions during the COVID-19 pandemic.
